The large outdoor space is an invitation to gather family and friends and enjoy a gourmet area with barbecue, wood oven and outdoor dining furniture;

The kitchen is complete with appliances and utensils;

The living room has comfortable sofas, Smart TV 43" and WiFi, integrated into the kitchen so everyone can be together while cooking or watching TV;

The three bedrooms are spacious and airy, with air conditioning recently cleaned, ceiling fan and closet to store clothes and belongings.

HOW TO GET AROUND IN MARESIAS
Maresias beach is a small neighborhood of São Sebastião, with approximately 10 km of shoreline; if your stay is during the high season, it is recommended that you walk and leave your car at home to avoid stress. If the neighborhood is quiet, the car can be a great option to move faster, including between the neighboring beaches – which, by the way, is a super tour tip that I leave!!

There are few car spaces on the streets, but there are several paid parking options with showers along the entire avenue. If you come to Maresias by another means of transport other than a car, you can also easily rely on public transport, bike rental and if you're a little lucky, a private app driver

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD/BEACH:

Neighboring the popular Praia de Maresias, Praia do Paúba maintains the air of tranquility typical of a Fisherman's Village.

Outside the high season, it will be easy to forget that you are next to one of the busiest stretches of sand on the coast of São Paulo. Paúba is only crowded during periods of long holidays and very popular dates. Even though it receives more movement at these times, Praia do Paúba will always be calmer than Maresias.

Being away from the highway, Praia do Paúba has nature still well preserved and visually surrounded by mountains and a lot of green. By the sea, some houses, small inns and restaurants welcome tourists in search of peace and quiet.

The sea in Paúba is calm, but with characteristics of falling, which requires a little attention with the little ones. The strip of sand is white and fluffy. And since the beach is not very long, it will be easy to walk from one end to the other. Be sure to take a dip in the river located in the left corner. The ease of alternating between freshwater bathing and sea bathing is one of the best features of Praia do Paúba.

HOW TO GET AROUND IN PAÚBA:

If you want to explore several beaches and have freedom of time, the tip is to come by car! With a car, you can visit nearby beaches such as Maresias and Santiago (3 km) or Toque-Toque Pequeno and Calhetas (5 km). All you have to do is choose the time and itinerary that you like the most!

But if your idea is to enjoy just one beach and stay close to the accommodation, the best option is to go on foot or by bike. The path to the beach is about 150m, you won't regret it! And if you are the type that loves to cycle, you can explore the trails in the region.

You still have the option of mobile apps, such as Uber. It's a pretty cool alternative for shorter routes or for those in a group and can share the price of the ride. Just stay tuned for the times and organize yourself to return, because there is not always a driver available in the region.

To check in and check out (self check-in), simply retrieve the keys from safe number 28 (located next to the entrance gate of the condominium (you will be staying in house number 1)).

The condominium is 1 km from Maresias beach, at the end of Rua Olímpio R César. To reach the house, guests must pass through the condominium entrance and travel along a dirt road. This road is approximately 500 meters long and is recommended to be driven to the house. It is important to be aware that the route may have typical dirt road conditions, especially during rainy periods. We recommend vehicles that can comfortably navigate this type of road for a smooth experience. Don't worry, we will send all instructions and tips before your check-in!
